Following years of fronting the late, great Yura Yura Teikoku, Japanese psych-pop maestro Shintaro Sakamoto emerged with one hell of a solo debut by way of 2011's How to Live with a Phantom. Now, with a bit of TV scoring under his belt, Sakamoto is set to return with his second proper solo album.
