Adding to an already stacked 2015 release schedule, Kataklysm have a new album coming out this year, and the Montreal death metal outfit have just announced the title: Of Ghosts and Gods. Currently, the only confirmed details about the LP come from a Facebook message posted by the group today (January 5). There isn't a firmed release date just yet, but the album is slated to drop this summer through Nuclear Blast. The announcement was made via a 13-second trailer video, which can be seen below. Having thrilled music fans for more than 30 years, Australian songwriter Nick Cave has now been recognized with his very own skateboard. It's a collaboration with the Aussie company Fast Times. The psychedelic-looking deck was inspired by Cave's tune "Nature Boy," which appeared on his 2004 album Abattoir Blues with the Bad Seeds. Katie Crutchfield turned 26 over the weekend, and the singer unveiled a snippet of new Waxahatchee material to celebrate the occasion. Crutchfield posted a clip to her Tumblr that clocks in at under a minute, but features behind-the-scenes footage of her recording process and scenery from the Waxahatchee Creek area in Alabama. It was shot by Crutchfield, her twin Allison Crutchfield (of Swearin') and collaborator Keith Spencer. Spencer also pitched in on editing duties. The most exciting part of the video comes at the end, with the confirmation of a new album due out in 2015....
